We are a young company founded by a team of seasoned professionals with decades of marketing and sales experience. We are set out to disrupt the consumer goods distribution network by building the largest human driven rural sales network in India. GCC shall provide a very effective but low-cost channel to manufacturers of innovative products & CDs to reach their products.

GCC’s channel will be powered by a blend of human selling skills, trust, technology, lean model and customer psychology.

As a manufacturer, just imagine the impact of 1500 feet-on-street talking about your products, directly to customers every day!
We take distribution rights from manufacturers for their products for the whole of Tamil Nadu and distribute them to every nook and corner of the Rural areas of TN. 
The distribution/marketing/sales of the products will be carried out by our 1500 strong team of Marketing & Sales Agents (MSA) located in every village of the state. 
Our Agents shall market and sell your products directly through word-of-mouth and social media. They will do direct selling to the communities and villages around them.

Our trump card is the profile of our agents. They are village-level community workers, who are already familiar faces in the region. People trust these village representatives as they are known to them for years. These workers are very familiar with the geography, demography, purchasing capacity, customer needs, customer psychology and have a personal bond with the villagers.
Our Agents identify what rural people need, the price points they are comfortable with, demonstrate the use of the product we are selling, educate them, create awareness and show them why it is relevant to their lives. The MSAs are the frontline soldiers, representatives and feet-on-street of our company.

Greetings!

We are GCC, a dynamic and rapidly growing B2C network of Sales Agents operating across the vast expanse of South India. Our mission is to become the preeminent distribution channel for brands and manufacturers, with a special focus on tapping into the immense potential of the rural market. We are helping hundreds of people to become self-employed with zero investment! 
Many reputed brands and manufacturers have tied up with us to market and sell their products to the rural customers of Tamil Nadu. GCC is dealing with consumer durable products like LED TVs, Solar Powered Products, Inverters, Water Purifiers, E-cycles, etc. Our range of products shall keep expanding as we grow and may also include financial products. 
We are now in the process of recruiting 500 Marketing & Sales Agents (MSAs) across Tamil Nadu. There will be one MSA for every 5 villages. By becoming a MSA of our company, you can earn Rs. 10,000 to Rs.50,000 per month.

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A MSA? 
MSA is an agent of GCC, who works at village / community level to market and sell the products that GCC distributes. MSA shall sell LED TVs, Solar Fans, Inverters, E-cycles, cctv cameras and many such products to potential customers in his area.

HOW DOES A MSA EARN MONEY? 
MSA works purely on a commission basis. He gets paid a commission for every product he sells. For example, if you sell a LED TV priced at Rs.7500, you will get a commission of Rs.700. If you sell a solar inverter priced Rs.25,000, you will earn a commission of Rs.2000. Typically, a MSA is a “Micro-dealer” for our products in his area.

HOW WILL THE SALES PROCESS WORK? 
Once you are appointed as MSA, we shall provide you the necessary product and selling skills training. We will provide you access to our mobile app, Audio Video catalogues of our products. You will use WhatsApp. Facebook, tele calling and face to face meetings to approach potential customers in your area. You will share all the product details to your potential customer and once he decides to buy our product, you shall use our App to book the order and collect the payment. The product will be directly delivered by the manufacturer to the customer's address. In simple words, a MSA is a “Micro-dealer” for our products in his area.

HOW EASY ORDIFFICULT IS THIS JOB? WILL I BE SUCCESSFUL IN SELLING? 
 

  • Our MSA selection process will approve your candidature only if you meet certain criteria.
  •  So if you become a MSA with us it means you have all the abilities and resources to succeed as MSA. Very importantly, the products that GCC will ask you to sell are very useful, unique, innovative, value for money, high quality and attractive, hence customers will be very keen to buy our products. Our products are usually a must need for the rural customers to improve their quality of life at an affordable cost.

WHY WILL PEOPLE BUY PRODUCTS FROM MSA? WHY WILL THEY CHOSE TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM MSA INSTEAD OF SHOWROOMS OR E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS? 
The GCC model of distribution is a fusion of the advantages you find in both showroom shopping and online shopping. Our model eliminates most of the risks involved in online shopping. The reasons why a customer would prefer to buy from you are many, we have listed a few below: 
1. Unbeatable price. Much lower than showroom and online shopping. 
2. Unique products. Most of our products are not available in showrooms 
3. As a MSA they trust you, as you live with them in the same community. 
4. The customers get genuine and sincere advice from the MSA while making the purchase decision. 
5. The MSAs will help the customers get prompt after sales service, warranty etc.

WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO BECOME AN MSA? 
You should be complying with at least 8 out the 10 criteria listed below: 
1. Gender: Male or Female 
2. Age: Min- 30, Max – 65 
3. Profession: 
4. Residential stability: min 10 years, preferably own house 
5. Occupational Stability: min 5 years 
6. Present income: less than 50,000 per month 
7. Should have a 2-wheeler 
8. Languages: Tamil – speak, read & write, English – basic read & write 
9. Education: Minimum 10TH standard 
10. Marital status: Married.


EXPLAIN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS OF MSA 
1. Identify candidate 
2. Send him an intro letter and ask him to fill up an application form 
3. On receipt of application, it will be scrutinized by a recruitment committee. 
4. After the committee approves the candidate will be interviewed by one of our managers. 
5. On passing the interview, the candidate will be asked to sign an Agency Contract with GCC. The contract should be attested by a gazetted officer. 
6. You will be put through an Induction training through zoom call. 
7. Agent integration in our WA groups and system is completed. 
8. You will undergo product and sales training. 
9. Agent Activation should happen within 7 working days from the date Agent is inducted. Activation means first sales. 
10. A welcome kit containing the following is sent to You:

· User name & Passwords for our systems

WHAT SUPPORT IS PROVIDED TO MSA?

1. Marketing & Selling Skills training – Certificates will be provided

4. Team Leader will handhold you and support you to achieve your targets.

WHAT WILL BE THE MONTHLY SALES TARGETS FOR MSA?

1. Volume Target: This Target is the number of pieces of products that an agent should sell. Ideally the mixed product count shall be 10. The product category or pricing doesn't matter.

2. Value Target: This Target refers to the total collected value of business done by an agent. Ideally the value Target shall be between Rs. 50,000 to Rs.1.5 lakh per month.

3. Commission target: This refers to the commission earned by the Agent. It shall be in the range Rs.15,000 to Rs.50,000 per month. If MSA puts full time effort the earnings can go up to Rs. 1 lakh per month.

WHAT SPECIAL PRIVILEGES THAT MSA WILL GET?

1. Exclusivity in your area, no other MSA will appointed in your area. Each agent will cover either 5 to 10 villages or 10,000 families.

2. GCC will help the Agent to build his personal brand in his community.

3. GCC will help the Agent maintain his personal social media.

4. GCC will provide him leadership training which can help the Agent to emerge as a political or social leader
